Roy Moore Injured

I heard about Judge Moore's horse riding accident on the way home from work today.  The former Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice broke several ribs while riding on Sunday.  That was the same day that former Governor Bob Riley was involved in a motorcycle accident in Alaska.  I believe they are expected to recover.  I mentioned both in a blog from March 3rd entitled, Bob Riley -Really

Judy and I, along with the kids, volunteered for Roy Moore when we lived near Gadsden.  We helped during his campaign for Etowah County Circuit Judge, in which he won.  If you don't keep up with Alabama politics, which most people don't, I need to bring you up to speed.  Roy Moore is known in the media as the "Ten commandments judge".  He fought against the ACLU through most of his term as judge for refusing to remove a ten commandments display from the courtroom wall.  He refused to stop acknowledging God and the whole episode brought the community and state together by helping elect judge Moore to be the Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice!  He later installed a large granite display of the ten commandments in the rotunda of the Alabama Judicial Building.  The ACLU and the media went nuts, and judge Moore was eventually removed as Chief Justice.

It was a dark day in Alabama politics!  Justice was not served and a great public servant was punished unnecessarily!  I almost liken it to the removal of Guy Hunt from the Governor's office several years before.  Good Christian men find it difficult to work in government.  That is confirmed through several Bible verses.  2 Timothy 3:12 says, "Indeed, all who desire to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted" and Jesus said in Matthew 5:10, "Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven."  The Book of Daniel (chapter 6) shows how unrighteous men will try to trap and remove from office, those who follow God's law.

That doesn't mean all Christians in government need to resign.  You just need to be stronger and not cave on important matters.  I'm currently reading Roy Moore's book, "So Help Me God", by Broadman & Holman Publishers.  Amazon has it if you are interested.  It is a good read, especially since I recognize many of the participants mentioned.  It is also chock full of history which conveniently isn't taught today!  Reading it, I am shocked by the actions of so called Christians during the ordeal that removed the judge from office.  It should never be wrong to acknowledge God!  I like Acts 4:19 from the English Standard Version here, "But Peter and John answered them, "Whether it is right in the sight of God to listen to you rather than to God, you must judge."   Judge Moore was right on all counts and should have been allowed to continue in his office!

I must admit that I was unaware that Judge Moore was involved in the 2012 Presidential race.  I would like to see him there, but the odds are practically insurmountable.  With Sub Bell Cobb resigning as Chief Justice, it would be interesting to see Judge Moore back there!  I don't know if Governor Bentley could make that appointment but it would be awesome!

Gay Exit Strategy

How many of you have ever used a real outhouse?  Raise your hands...  Only three!  We've come a long way as a society when it comes to handling our waste!  Actually, most of you probably need a definition.  An outhouse is a small building, usually with only one door and no windows.  It is built around a hole in the ground which serves as a toilet.  There is no flush and it isn't attached to a sewer.  Needless to say, they tended to be somewhat smelly.

I used to spend a week in the country with my aunt & uncle in Douglas, Alabama when I was a kid.  I always thought it was crazy to walk a hundred yards from the house, just to use the restroom.  Theirs was just on the edge of a pasture with a small trail leading to it.  There was a small stream just close enough to hear the water running.

It is easy to understand the concept.  Something that smells awful and is full of bacteria needs to be as far from the home as possible!  In our culture, we're modernized to the point that we have indoor toilets that use good clean water to wash it away.  Sewage is big business these days, just ask Jefferson County, Alabama, which has a $3.2 billion sewer debt.  A debt which will eventually bankrupt the city.  Who knew there was such money in waste..?  A lot of folks like guilty politicians, corrupt construction companies, greedy bankers, gay rights people... etc.

I read with great disappointment today about New York legalizing same-sex marriage.  I'm sure the pressure and temptation(accepting bribes) were just too hard to handle for the New York legislature.  Governor Cuomo accomplished his number one priority, and that says volumes about his character and leadership.  Obviously, Governor Cuomo didn't attend the Bible study lessons which dealt with Sodom and Gomorrah.  Of course, neither have our gay, lesbian, and pedophile friends.

I wholeheartedly support traditional marriage which is proper and natural, even regardless of Biblical teachings.  It is scientifically the right thing to do.  Homosexuality just isn't natural!  There is a great article on "Why Same-Sex Marriage Will Fail" by Jim Daly here.  Biblically, there isn't a need to argue the point.  God was so disgusted with the people of Sodom and Gomorrah that He didn't wait until judgement day for them!  Or, I guess you could say their judgement came earlier than most.  It is a fitting memorial, to a practice, that damages not just your health but society in general!  Our  morally bankrupt society will pay a great price for this decadence.

I've been married almost thirty years now with three wonderful children.  The traditional view has been awesome and I wouldn't change it for this world!  I'm certainly not perfect and God is still teaching me things every day.   I also know my exit strategy from this world.  It is going to be through Jesus Christ.

I would appeal to the masses who have been misled on homosexuality.  You've been sold a bridge to nowhere by the media and poorly chosen friends.  You're exit strategy from this life will lead to misery and heartache.  Wake up and smell the truth!  I believe it is really all about population control and you've just been tricked into believing a lie.  God loves you and is waiting as a Father to welcome you back home!  Forgiveness and a better lifestyle could be only a prayer away!

Applying for Illuminati Chaplain

It seems that everywhere I turn these days, some globalist group is vying for world domination.  The Bilderberg Group just had their latest meeting in St. Moritz, Switzerland.  There is also the Bohemian Grove folks along with the Freemasons.  I just lump them altogether in the common term Illuminati.  As Wikipedia puts it, "the masterminds behind events that will lead to the establishment of a new world order (NWO)."  Of course, this new world order would not be like anything we have today!  I suppose you would need to read George Orwell's book 1984 to understand where they want to take us.  And honestly, it isn't that far off!
All that was on my mind after stumbling across this video on YouTube by Dr. Webster Tarpey.  Much of it focuses on John Holdren, President Obama's advisor on Science and Technology.  This guy thinks genocide is a good thing!  He believes, according to the papers he has written, that the earth should be limited to one billion people!  You other five billion have to go elsewhere!  Try mars, I hear they have openings...  These are the type people our President has appointed as advisors?  Mr. Holdren also believes in forced sterilization for women among other radical beliefs!  I do hope you'll watch the video and get the complete picture of this man's dark world vision!
I'm not convinced that all the illuminati are evil!  My guess is they have their own radical fringe elements, like all political parties.  I've searched for organizational structure and evidently it just isn't published on the internet.  I'm sure there is an excellent structure, otherwise much more would be known and their NWO would not be so close to fruition.  With all their agenda's nearing completion, I'm worried they have forgotten something...  the spiritual side of things!
It could happen easily, like driving to work and forgetting your briefcase.  I'm sure they've all forgot where they put their keys or completely missed their child's play at school!  Hey, it happens.  I just don't want them to leave God out of things!  All great society's need religion and the NWO is no exception.
With that in mind, I am willing to serve in any capacity that I can help.  I'm not a well know religious leader, so there wouldn't be any unwanted publicity.  I also can keep secrets better than anyone I know.  I've read the Bible from cover to cover several times and would only offer personal opinions based from those readings.  I have an open mind on most things, but admit my worldview is Christian, the very view you seem to be missing!
Let's face it, would you want to die and enter eternity without at least checking into the fact that Jesus might have been real and heaven does exist.  Not only that, what if Hell is real and genocide gets you a ticket there quicker than a duck on a junebug!
If you are interested in my offer, just call!  YOU KNOW where to find me!

Surfing Thru a Straw

I never felt it would happen to me!  I came home from work last Tuesday and my internet service was crawling!  Oh wait, I forgot the disclaimer...

I am an employee of AT&T and the following is my opinion...?!

So I started running speedtests and found my download rate was .21meg/sec.  That is only slightly faster than dial-up!  I checked my cisco router, seemed ok.  DSL modem was all green and the carrier signal to it tested at 1.4meg/sec so I felt it wasn't my trouble, but AT&T's. Tried speedtests on three different computers, one running windows7, one macOS-X, and one ubuntu. All three had the same bad download rate.  Then decided to check with our neighbor, who also has AT&T and discovered the same identical problem.  That gave me confidence my first assumption was correct, it was probably a system issue with the fiber to the curb(ONU) that serves us both.
On Wednesday, I went to work and forgot all about it.  I had intended to check with one of the Alabaster technicians to see if they had other reports in our subdivision.  But alas, upon my arrival home, I remembered the problem and to my disdain, it still existed!  I put out a facebook message just to see if anyone else around was having issues and discovered a friend in another subdivison nearby(still on a fiber ONU) was having a problem as well.
I remembered that the BellSouth.net site used to have a list of system outages. I went there and found AT&T had discontinued it and I had to go to ATT.net now to report.  So, I started that process on a .21Meg service...  soooooo slooooowwwww!  I admit the site made me want to disconnect.  It started out okay, then suggested trying some things(which I was already way ahead of)...  Then asked, "Did this fix your problem"?  "Was this suggestion helpful?"  "Would you rate this fix a thumbs up or thumbs down"?  NO, it was not helpful!!  I just wanted to send an email to a support tech with a quick list of what I'd found and where I thought the trouble was!  Can't do that...
Finally, I gave up on that and decided I'd just make a report.  Because, at the bottom of the page, after all the helpful suggestions, hints, and prayers, there was a link that said, contact repair.  Yes, I would just do that.  Clicked that, and it took me back to the first page, where I had started.  Oh, one page also offered me, after going through all the slow speed problem tips, to upgrade to faster DSL.  I didn't want to upgrade, I just wanted my original speed back!!!!  "Would you rate this suggestion helpful to your problem"?  #$*%@& NO!
On Thursday, I woke up to a new problem.  Before leaving for work, I discovered the DSL was completely down.  All green lights, but no surf.  At work, I mentioned it to the guys, and Travis C. told me his brother had the same trouble at Savannah Point.  I thought, "they have ONU's there!"  Midmorning, I called a technician in Alabaster, who told me they had taken several hundred reports on slow DSL from all over the city.  He said it was a bandwidth issue only only affecting fiber fed ONU's out of the local central office.  I'll explain it this way, picture a fire truck needing water for a burning house, but being fed by a garden hose from the hydrant!  There would not be enough water to do the job.  We were all trying to use the internet from a straw instead of a big pipe!  "So, I don't need to make a report with DSG(Digital Services)", I asked.  He said, "Nope, they're working on it."  Well, I felt better.  Someone was working on it.  Probably some supertech with a cape and it would be back on when I arrived home.  But...  NOPE, they were still working on it!
Saturday morning, I woke up at 5:30AM.  Almost didn't check it, I wasn't sure I wanted to know, but I did.  Still down.....! At this point, I'm wondering how much Charter internet costs???!  Went to work, and to my surprise, my wife called me around 8:30am to tell me the DSL was back up.  I didn't figure it would stay, but it was still functioning when I got home.
So, what did I learn from all this?  I'm too dependant on the internet.  I will modify my habits and not let it own or control me.  I can also relate better to customers who are angry over having to deal with the repair process of AT&T.  Most customers hate it.   I had a 77 year old gentleman today who said, "I just wanted to talk to someone about my problem!"  The voice response systems companies  use are not going away because they keep employee head-count down.  We will just have to get used to it!  Last, but not least, I discovered my AT&T loyalty weak, when my service was down.  In other words, companies who put faith in brand loyalty, saving them from poor customer service will be rewarded with quick customer departures!

Sitting at God's Table

I thought I'd follow up from my last blog with one about blessings.  It's easy to see that some Americans are hurting financially.  Many homes are in foreclosure or can't be sold because of bad markets.  For those who have lost jobs, the outlook for a new one isn't good.  The ridiculous price of gasoline has caused everything to skyrocket.  Let's face it, our economy is awful!  I read a report today from the Wall Street Journal that many won't be able to retire until they are in their 80's!

So times are tough, and going to get tougher.  So what?  If you're a Christian, remember who your heavenly Father is!  Let me ask you this, have you had to go without food?  Sleep out in the rain?  God cares for those who belong to His family.  As adopted children, we enjoy blessings that others don't!

I thought about the children of Israel wandering in the wilderness for forty years.  God provided manna for them to eat each morning.  Exodus 16:18 says that "he who had gathered much had no excess, and he who gathered little had no lack; every man gathered as much as he should eat."  I believe that principle still works for those who trust in the Lord.  Not the manna part, but the providing for His people.  1 Peter 5:6-7 says, "And God will exalt you in due time, if you humble yourselves under his mighty hand by casting all your cares on Him because He cares for you."

But the best scripture for God's provision has to be Matthew 6:25-34.  “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink, or about your body, what you will wear. Isn’t there more to life than food and more to the body than clothing? 26 Look at the birds in the sky: They do not sow, or reap, or gather into barns, yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you more valuable than they are? 27 And which of you by worrying can add even one hour to his life? 28 Why do you worry about clothing? Think about how the flowers of the field grow; they do not work or spin. 29 Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his glory was clothed like one of these! 30 And if this is how God clothes the wild grass, which is here today and tomorrow is tossed into the fire to heat the oven, won’t he clothe you even more, you people of little faith? 31 So then, don’t worry saying, ‘What will we eat?’ or ‘What will we drink?’ or ‘What will we wear?’ 32 For the unconverted pursue these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. 33 But above all pursue his kingdom and righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. 34 So then, do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Today has enough trouble of its own."

It's easy for us to get caught up in our culture and want more things.  Let me encourage you to prioritize your blessings.  The amount of money you have can be frivolously spent on unnecessary items.  I believe He will take care of you always, but we all have a responsibility to be wise in our purchases.   If you need financial advice to help dig your way out, I'd recommend Dave Ramsey's website, especially the tools section.  If you were a long time getting in financial trouble, it might take a while to get out.  Take small steps, but keep taking them.

In summary, God loves you and is going to supply your basic human needs.  Don't be anxious about worldly stuff.  And remember your table manners.

What's that Smell?

I've been to several houses this week where the occupants were obviously poor!  You can usually tell when you pull into the driveway.  The home is rundown or falling down.  There are more weeds in the yard than grass.  There is a variety of "yard art", an old broken scooter, an old pickup truck with it's first motor near the shed, etc...  Those are usually the signs that you don't want to go inside unless it is absolutely necessary!

Now, I have to admit that I've been in some very clean homes that were owned by folks struggling to make a living.  Cleanliness is next to godliness and some people have it down pat!  These are usually older ladies whose parents raised them properly.  Others can be considered to have had the clean gene removed from their DNA.  What I'm trying to say in a nice way is, some of you are just downright nasty!  There, I said it.  I'm sorry, but it's the truth.  It's like the last spring cleaning at your house occured during the Nixon years.

It's always funny when I work at one of these places and the owner keeps apologizing.  "I'm so sorry that my house is a mess."  "I didn't know you would have to come in!"  I want to say, "Lady, you are lazy and that's why your house is like this.  Don't apologize, you obviously enjoy living in filth or you would do something about it.  Maybe a good start would be to put the five dogs and two cats OUTSIDE!"  Of course, I can't say that.  My usual reply is, "It's okay, I've had teenagers...  there's nothing I haven't seen."  And they'll laugh, and think, "he's okay".  There are no more apologies and I can gently move things out of the way if needed.

The worst are those which have "smells" coming from underneath the home!  I'm talking about a sewage smell.  I can't work around that and I don't know how people can live above it.  Maybe its been there so long their noses have adjusted to the foul odor and they can ignore it.  Being poor is no excuse for this!  PVC pipe is dirt cheap in comparison with the health risks of having bacteria counts that can power the space shuttle.  Men, pick up the remote and turn off the TV.  Then, get up off your lazy butt and fix your plumbing!  If you can't do it, call your cousin, he can.

It almost always seems these are the folks who have all the latest electronic gadgets hooked up to their 52" HD flatscreen TV.  They've got high speed internet service and probably use an Iphone.  But sadly, it just doesn't have a "clean the house" app.   Maybe I need to come up with an anti-laziness app.  If it was on and a person was immobile for a  certain period of time, it would sound an alarm.  Firemen wear something similar called a PASS(personal alert safety system).  It alarms, if a firefighter stops moving for a specified period of time, so someone nearby can help.  My app could be called MYLA(move your lazy a--).

Cleanliness is next to godliness isn't in the Bible, but there are many teachings against being lazy.  Let's face it, laziness as a lifestyle goes against many Christian teachings.  So, get up and get busy!

To the Conqueror, Spoils?

I was reading the story of Joshua and the conquest of the land of Canaan.  God had promised it to Abraham in Genesis chapter 15.  The promise was renewed to Isaac and then to his son Jacob.  It was finally fulfilled, after the exodus from Egypt and under the command of Joshua.
It was certainly not like any modern war.  The first obstacle was to cross the Jordan river.  Not a problem...  the waters miraculously stop flowing, the army crosses, and the water flows again.  Wow!  If this army has a God who can stop a river and then start it again...  Would you fight them?  Not me!  Then, while you're watching from the wall, this massive group starts marching around the city walls...  and they march once each day for six days.  Seven times on the seventh day, then the priests blow their horns, the people shout, and the walls fell down!  Obviously, the lesson here is that with God on your side, the enemy will be defeated!  Not only that, it's a pretty cheap victory as long as you obey God!
The Israelites didn't have to buy or build battering rams, siege towers, or enough supplies to starve them out.  Thats the way it is with God on your side!
In comparison, it seems the United States military machine may need to do some praying themselves.  Can they are doing God's will when the cost of war is so expensive?  I did a little comparison research to look at our major conflicts and the financial costs.   This is going way back and remember that dollars were worth much more in the early years.

American Revolution    101 million
War of 1812                    90 million
Mexican War                   71 million
Civil War (North)           3.2 million
Civil War (South)              1 million
Spanish American War  283 million
World War I                     20 billion
World War II                  296 billion
Korea                                30 billion
Vietnam                          111 billion
Persian Gulf War              61 billion
Iraq                                 782 billion+
Afghanistan                    421 billion+
Libya                              550 million+

Do you notice a trend in the list?  We've spent more money in Iraq than every war combined since the birth of our nation!  At least in the early wars, we gained territory.  Now, we just borrow a gazillion dollars, attack, win, and give it back!  No other conquering hero throughout history has been so stupid!  One of the first questions to ask is, what will the war cost?  We didn't ask that question, because George had us in a frenzy over sneaky terrorists!  So, where has all the money gone???  We could have conquered the world with the money spent in the Middle East!
We need a financial solution, I have one!  Iraq needs to become the 51st state and Afghanistan the 52nd!  Somebody has to pay for this.   Their oil will go a long way toward paying the bills!  Libya, start working on your statehood papers!

Be a Barabbas!

Prisons are wretched places!  They are dark, smelly, and filthy.  Usually, they are just places where you wait to die.  Minutes seem like days and weeks like years.  I had decided that death might be a release from the nightmare and wondered when my time would come!

Each time I heard guards walking, I thought, "this is it".  Finally... it was.  The door opened and a Roman guard hurried in.  He came over, took off my chains and said, "let's go"!  We walked up toward the light, the outside, and I thought  back over my life... again!  My reflections were interrupted by the bright light of sunshine as I blocked my eyes.  The guard released my shoulder and said, "go on, you're free"!

Free?  I was about to die!  How could this be?

My mind was reeling...  I saw a man being scourged, but I didn't know him!  Suddenly, friends surrounded me, hugging and clapping.  It seemed too good to be true!  My freedom, I discovered later, was at an awful price.  A price I can never pay back!  Jesus of Nazereth, the man that I'd heard was the Messiah, took my place!  I was guilty... but He was the one who died!

Well, I had to find out more about this Jesus.  I found one of his disciples who seemed all to eager to talk.  He revealed that Jesus had the power to do wonderful things!  I know now that he made a blind man see, and even raised people from the dead!  The disciple tole me how he had calmed a storm and even walked on water!  He could cast out demons and feed thousands with a small boy's lunch.  I talked to others, many others, who told me the same types of things.  They said he talked like no Rabbi ever had.  Jesus spoke with authority and could answer any question the scribes and religious leaders raised.

Problem was, Jesus was just too much for the Sanhedrin.  They arrested him and brought him to Pilate to be crucified.  Pilate gave the people a choice between me and Jesus of Nazareth.  Can you imagine that?  The choice wasn't between who deserved to die and who didn't!  I was guilty but Jesus had done nothing wrong.

I'm just pretending to be Barabbas.  Although, symbolically, we all are.  Jesus died in place of every person alive today and everyone who's ever lived!

2000 years later, God still issues an invitation of salvation through His Son Jesus.  Freedom from the dark bondage of sin and servitude to Satan.  1Peter 2:9 says, You should show forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.  If you've obeyed the gospel, you walked out of that dark prison into the light of the Son just like Barabbas!  Jesus said in John 8:36, If the Son therefore shall make you free, you shall be free indeed.

But the joy is bittersweet.  There are other souls still in the dungeon.  We need to let freedom ring!  Ring out the message of Christ on a cross and the blood that washes clean and lights the way home to a loving Father.  They too can one day behold the man who willingly took their place!

This was our oldest son's 9th grade speech in a church competition in Nashville, Tennessee.  He won 1st place with a flawless delivery.  I was looking through old speeches tonight and thought it very appropriate for us today!

Muslims have it All Wrong!

New Muslim bus ads will debut in Australia claiming Jesus was a prophet of Islam.  That's our gas money at work!  Islamic propaganda is converting the saved into being lost.  I came across the story here, if you would like to read more about it.  I would guess the campaign will eventually come to America.  The Muslims have a tremendous outreach program with most of the financing coming from Saudi Arabia.  One of the ads is...

I watched a video recently about the Muslim work in American prisons.  They are being received well by the inmates with a good conversion rate(mostly black males).  The Islamic Society of North America was established in 1986 and according to their website, the main goal is; "remove misinformation and misperceptions of Islam and Muslims from the people's minds through education of the masses".  In the video I watched, there is supposedly a camp near Odum, Georgia, to help prisoners blend back into society.  I googled Georgia training camp and came across this anti-Muslem page.  They list several camps in America but I believe two quoted most often are Islamabad, New York, and the one in Georgia.  Liberals like the ACLU have made our society extremely tolerant.  Those camps should not be on American soil.  Would we have let Germany have an American training camp during WWII?  Absolutely not!

There is no doubt people of Islam want to take over the world and make everyone subject to Islam's religious laws.  Sadly, many people who are weak minded and haven't studied the truth, fall for their lies.  The lie that Jesus was a prophet of Islam should be revolting to every American!  Our country was built on Judeo-Christian beliefs and our liberties are God given! As those liberties are taken away, Muslims are expanding their empire through propaganda.

Muslims do not believe Jesus is the Son of God nor that He was crucified on a cross!  Here is a quote from their own Qu'ran 4:171,  O People of the Scripture! Do not exaggerate in your religion nor utter aught concerning Allah save the truth. The Messiah, Jesus son of Mary, was only a messenger of Allah, and His word which He conveyed unto Mary, and a spirit from Him. So believe in Allah and His messengers, and say not "Three" - Cease! (it is) better for you! - Allah is only One Allah. Far is it removed from His Transcendent Majesty that He should have a son. His is all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth. And Allah is sufficient as Defender."

Another quote, And because of their saying: We slew the Messiah, Jesus son of Mary, Allah's messenger - they slew him not nor crucified him, but it appeared so unto them; and lo! those who disagree concerning it are in doubt thereof; they have no knowledge thereof save pursuit of a conjecture; they slew him not for certain.  Qu'ran 4:157  The Muslim savior is "Mahdi".  He supposedly will return with Jesus and rid the world of infidels(read us)!

Let's face it, Muslims hate Christians and Jews.  We are infidels to them and must convert or die!  Their religion advocates many things which Bible teachings condemn such as murder, hate, holy war, wife beating, etc.  Muslims are permited to lie to non-Muslims to further their perpetual Jihad.  The practice is called AL-taqiyya in their language.  Furthermore, to kill a non-Muslim is a guarantee of a life in Heaven(to them).  Muslim parents even raise their children up with an extreme hate for those they see as infidels.  It is tragic that Christians are taught to love others while Muslim teachings do just the opposite!

God is a God of love and not hate!  Jesus is His earthly Son!  Jesus died on a cross and was resurrected three days later.  Those who believe in Him and follow His teachings will be granted access to Heaven.  Jesus even stated Himself in John 14:6,  I am the way and the truth and the life.  No one comes to the Father except through me.

John 3:16 says,  For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.
